AGM of the Group Council

7pm - Friday 17^th June

The Group Council meets once a year to hold an annual general meeting. The purpose of which is to review the accounts of the Group and to elect various officers to serve on the Group’s Executive Committee.

The Group Council is made up of all parents, leaders and supporters of the Group and as such you are cordially invited to attend.

We anticipate that the formal part of the meeting will take 30 minutes and are planning a BBQ afterwards so that you have an opportunity to chat to the other parents, meet the leaders and officers of the Group.

This is an important date in the Group’s calendar and your opportunity to shape the future of the Group, we would therefore be grateful of your support.
